4 Days Overdue: Tenants will receive notifications that the rent is due immediately and is now in arrears
10 Days Overdue: The tenants will receive notification that they will be issued with a notice to vacate if the rent is not received within 5 days
15 Days Overdue: Tenants will be issued with a notice to vacate as prescribed by the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and the appropriate action will be taken to initiate Tribunal proceedings
As a landlord, you will have complete oversight into this process and will be kept informed of each action as it happens. Notifications will be sent through as soon as the rent has been receipted.
