What services do you offer?

We are a full scope property management and leasing company. Our service including but not limited to:- Lease and property management. - Routine inspection twice annually. - Monthly statements and End of Financial Year reporting. - Dispute resolution. - VCAT Attendance. - Handling maintenance both Urgent and Non-Urgent under the tenancies act.

What areas do you service?

Do I have a dedicated property manager?

Yes, you will have dedicated point of contact but will also have a team around this. This will ensure that you response times are a quick as possible and your property is always being looked after.

How many routine inspections do you do?

The legislation allows us to access rental properties for periodic inspection once every 6 months. We will generally do the first inspection around the 3-4 month mark and then attend every six months after that.

Can I use my own trades people or complete works myself?

As long as you or the preferred trades person is suitably qualified, then we will be able to facilitate this.

The process is extremely simple and we can handle all of the leg work. All we would require is your written authority to manage your rental property along with the contact details for the agency. We would then contact that company and request all of the appropriate tenancy information including:- Tenancy agreements. - Bonds. - Condition report. - Tenancy application forms. - Routine inspections.Once we have all of this information, we would make contact with your renter and advise them of the change. The process is very straight forward and over 70% of our new business is take over of managements.

Do I need to use the mobile app?

No, you don't. The mobile app is designed to be a value add for our clients but doesn't have to be used to still receive a high level of service. We can customise a property management service that suits your requirements.
